Present the Owner’s Suite in several different variations, in essence offering several products to choose from. Each variation can have its own set of features with its own price. Not only that, but each room in each suite variation can contain even more options that are tailored to the price and lifestyle theme of the specific Owner’s Suite variation. Shoppers can navigate into each variation, and find the particular features within.

A Guest Suite with its own bathroom could offer a bathroom variation designed with accessibility compliance for an elderly parent.

The space under the stairs could be offered optionally as an extra closet, or a built-in reading nook.

Or, a loft area can be converted into a number of different option products with different lifestyle or task purposes. Four variations might be:

  • an open loft area
  • a retreat room, closed from the hall and open to the Owner’s Suite
  • an extra bedroom
  • enclosed to serve as a library and study with double doors from the hall

These converted spaces can be offered as if they are individual ‘products on the shelf’ for shoppers to select from. Knowing the details about these products from the beginning encourages continued interest for shoppers.

Any variations you can imagine can be offered as products, in complete detail, for a shopper or buyer to peruse and consider in a model presented through HomePersonalizer™. A variety of creative products keeps the shopper’s engagement process and interest flowing.
